Warranty

Vizeri LED wants our customers to be satisfied so we will do what we can do keep your lights shining. So we warrant your product to be free from defects for the period specified for the product you purchased (see below for different warranties). The warranty does not cover batteries and bulbs, abuse and normal wear.

90-Day Warranty
AAA battery carriers, holsters, diffusers, and other accessories have a 90-day warranty.

One-Year Warranty
For one year after the purchase of original purchaser, we will repair or replace the product, or components of the product, if we determine it to be defective. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty excludes accessories such as diffusers, batteries, holsters, chargers, or other add-on accessories, which only have a 90 day warranty.

Two-Year Warranty
For two years from the date of purchase of the original purchaser, we will repair or replace the product, or components of the product, if we determine it to be defective. Proof of purchase is required. The warranty excludes accessories such as diffusers, batteries, holsters, chargers, or other add-on accessories, which only have a 90 day warranty. It also does not cover damage resulting from extreme abuse or alterations.

The warranty does not cover:

1. Failure or damage, which are caused by excessive dropping or unauthorized modification

2. Failure or damage is caused by improper use or storage

3. Damage caused by battery leakage.

Processing Claims
To process a warranty claim, please send proof of purchase to support@vizeri.com and let us know what the issue is with the light. We frequently solve problems with just a little technical support.
